What COVID-19 had done to us?

Sona students’ oratory skills come to fore

Sona Student Speakers Forum resumed with a blast after the 10 month lockdown. On the first event of the forum, a contest was held on topic, “What COVID-19 had done to us?”

Students expressed absorbing thoughts on the pandemic and narrated interesting personal experiences during the long lockdown period.

The First Prize was won by R.E. Vijay Sri of FT 2nd year, Second Prize by V.Varun of IT 3rd year, Third Prize of S.Sumaiya of CSE 2nd year and four participants were given consolation prizes.

The Student Speakers Forum (SSF) was started four years back to make students communicate better and to face interviews with confidence.  SSF participants have brought laurels to the college winning prizes in competitions conducted by other institutions and organizations.

The success of the SSF is credited to Library Staff, Staff Coordinators and Heads of Departments and above all the encouragement by our Management and Principal .
