The interlocking block is developed with aim to exclude use of cement mortar in construction of wall. The bonding between blocks is executed by the interlocking pattern of the block. Block has a specific interlocking pattern which helps it to interlock with the other blocks to form a wall. This interlocking pattern wall will take vertical load as well as horizontal thrust effectively. The placing of this block is very easy and requires no plumb, line and level, to be checked. Household people can build the wall even more skill is not required.
The cement interlocking blocks which are strong enough and durable which too followed the same manufacturing procedure of conventional one. In addition to that in the present scenario, there is a great demand for natural resources i.e., sand, water, raw materials of cement and their costs are increasing day by day.
We produce this interlocking blocks with more than 7 MPa strength using eco friendly materials. These interlocking blocks pave way to build strong wall without mortar for joints. Also it doesn’t require cement plastering. Putty can be directly applied over it and can be finished with paint. By using these interlocking blocks cost of constructing walls can be reduced from 30 to 40%.
We are producing 6 inch and 8 inch building blocks, which can be used for compound walls and partition walls.
