On the first day of our special camp (i.e., 05.02.2019). The Programme Officers Prof P.Jayaprakash and Prof Dr.P.Iyyanar and Assistant Programme Officer Mr. R. Vaidhyanathan addressed the students. Around 70 NSS volunteers took part in the survey. They were dispatched to different places of the two villages Kanagagiri and Gudalur. We surveyed the villages by asking about the basic needs of the villagers through Google form. We also issued pamphlets of the special camp to the village people. In the afternoon, we examined the needs of the villagers based on the information collected on the forenoon. Depending on the requirements, several analysis were done to bring out the essential solutions to their problems. The motivational videos under the theme “WATER SCARCITY” were played for the village peoples in the night.
