A guest lecture on the Topic “Motivation Talk” was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering on 24.09.18 from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm for the First Year Civil Engineering students. The speaker for the event Mr. K. Parivallal, CEO, DMW CNC Training Division, DMW Group of Companies, Perundurai, conveyed the importance of GATE examination and the appropriate time to start preparing for the examinations. The brainstorming session was helpful for the student in setting their goals and steps to progress towards the goal. The session also elaborated on ways to practice individual minds, manage time management to reach greater higher heights in Civil Engineering discipline and to enhance their potential towards academic activities.
